site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zimna . By visiting our site
and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree
to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Product Accuracy & Food Disclaimers
Allergen Warning: All Zimna products are processed in facilities that handle
spices, grains, and dry goods. While we maintain strict hygiene standards,
customers with severe allergies (e.g., nuts, gluten, mustard, soy) must read
ingredient lists carefully. Zimna is not legally liable for individual allergic
reactions.
Storage & Shelf Life: Our masalas are manufactured without artificial
preservatives. To maintain freshness and aroma, products must be stored in a
cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Zimna is not responsible for
product spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.
Website Errors & Price Corrections
In the event that a Zimna product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price
due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if
the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. A full refund will
be issued in such cases.
